Housed in a 10’ DNV Certified Cargo Container provides a Breathing Air Cascade system and portable workshop in one. Consisting of a High pressure breathing air compressor, Air storage system and revolutionary pressure control system. You can be sure only the highest quality breathing air is delivered consistently to your workforce. With an integrated air drying and filtration system it can be deployed in the worlds harshest environments. With 100% redundancy and the highest quality equipment you can put your trust in the Sabre Breathing Air Cascade System.
Permanently fitted within the container are the following:
High pressure breathing compressor driven by an EExd electric motor and capable of supplying an average output of 600 litres of air per minute. Complete with built in air drying & purification system to ensure compliance with EN 12021, and filling hoses for replenishing both air storage system and individual breathing apparatus cylinders.
Air storage system consisting of 15x 50 litre cylinders. All storage cylinders are charged to 200 bar providing a total of 150,000 litres of breathing air which equates to approximately 63 man hours of breathing air (Based on 40LPM).
Pressure control system capable reducing high pressure stored air from 200 bar to a workable pressure, typically between 6 – 9.5 bar consistently to users.
Distribution manifold enables distribution of breathing air to work sites by way of reduced pressure airline.
High pressure control panel to enable integration with a loop system and to supply high pressure breathing air straight to the work site.
Automatic compressor shutdown upon detection of atmospheric gas.
Storage rack for spare compressed air breathing apparatus cylinders.
Complete a work bench for maintenance of equipment supplied.
Cascade systems are deployed to ensure personnel at risk from exposure to H2S and Toxic gas have a safe and reliable supply of breathable air. Outlet manifolds and plug-in points are located in critical areas to allow workers to continue working for extended periods safely.
